Merren Audio was the first company to properly blue-print and make exact reproduction Marshall perforated circuit boards using only real UK made paxolin material with original RS style turrets. Some board makers have actually used our boards for thier templates... These boards have been used in all our amp builds since 1989.

 This is the darker color repro perf boards as found in earlier Marshall circuits.

Below is the lighter color repro perf boards as used in late 60's Marshall circuits.

Perforated Circuit Boards for Marshall amps...

Perf Board material is not all the same..

Most canvas and paper phenolic based board materials are not ratted for use in High Voltage circuits.

Incorrect board material will flow current between the turrets when there is sufficient voltage gradient...This can lead to amps with various tonal issues as well as fire hazard.
